As a specialised diabetes dietitian, I support clients with diabetes, insulin resistance and reactive hypoglycaemia of different ages to achieve their health goals, no matter the diabetes' type or stage.

Pregnancy and Fertility

Whether you are planning for a pregnancy in the future or trying to conceive natural, there is evidence to suggest that dietary and lifestyle changes support egg and sperm health. We offer individual and couple sessions to support men and women's fertility.

Education Sessions

Nutrition Balance offers education group sessions for you team to boost productivity in a global marketplace. I also provide one-off sessions for charity organisation with reduced fees.
