I'm Ines, a Clinical Specialist Dietitian based in the UK, providing personalised nutrition services internationally. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health through holistic, evidence-based practices. As an Italian, I have always had a passion for food and nutrition balance, understanding that eating well should also be enjoyable. Whether you're looking to balance your hormones through nutrition or boost your energy levels and mental clarity, I create tailored nutrition plans designed specifically for you.
With clinical experience in the National Health Service (NHS) and in the private sector, I am a diabetes and endocrine specialist dietitian, supporting individuals with other conditions such as coeliac disease, infertility and PCOS. I am particularly passionate about women's hormonal health, including fertility, endometriosis and menopause.
I adopt a compassionate, client-focused approach to wellness. Each consultation is designed around your personal needs, ensuring you feel supported in a confidential and non-judgmental environment. As a multilingual dietitian, I offer culturally sensitive nutrition guidance in English, Italian, and Arabic, making my services accessible to diverse communities.
Beyond my private practice, I'm passionate about community outreach, regularly volunteering to tackle health disparities and promote wellbeing in underserved populations. When I'm not working, I love to enjoy outdoor activities, good food, and quality time with family and friends.
